Clearance services

We need declare customs before we arrange shipment. Regard to different delivery places the request detail as below:

1. Delivery to China domestic customs supervise area

We need two days ahead of the shipment schedule know the shipment news, and then we can make a reservation for the customs bonded truck for distribution. At latest one day before delivery date, before 10:30 AM let us know the exactly information for the shipment, including the sales order and packing slip docs, then we can try our best to make sure the docs provide to BAX customs before 11:00AM.

The shipping cargoes must be already for pick up before delivery date 10:30AM.

All that can be satisfied, we can ensure the cargoes will arrival at consignee warehouse on the shipment date.

2. Delivery to overseas (Export)

At latest one day before shipment date, before 12:00 AM let us know the exactly information for the shipment, including the sales order and packing slip docs, then we can try our best to make sure the export clearance customs will be ok before 4:30PM ( customs off duty time) . The shipping cargoes must be already for pick up before shipment date 10:30AM.

In order we can delivery cargoes more and more smoothly, please know the process for our shipment. And try our best to make sure our shipment will arrival at customers in time.
